I would like to say congratulations to all the married couples out there. The divorce rate has the lowest percentage rate since 1970. The divorce rate has hit a low of 36%. That is a major accomplishment by this country. In previous years, the divorce rate in this country has been the highest out of every other country. We have finally lowered the divorce rate to a more acceptable percentile. Now only one out of three marriages will end in divorce. BRAVO!!
