The epidemic of political correctness continues to spread and infect every crack and crevice (can I say crevice?) of society. Among the “out”spoken leaders of the whiny, sissy, look-at-me-but-don’t-say-anything-or-I’ll-cry-or-file-charges groups is the homosexual community. How is it reasonable to have “Gay Pride” parades and demand special focus and attention… and still take umbrage when someone uses a word associated with their lifestyle? Should their bumper stickers read: “We’re Here, We’re Queer, Get Used To It… But Don’t You Dare Say It!”?

82 year old comedian Jerry Lewis has once again used the word “fag” in public and is naturally once again the subject of “queer ire for the straight guy.” AP News My Way details the idiocy:

Following a news conference in Sydney Friday, Lewis, 82, was asked by a Network Ten national TV reporter for his opinion on the Australian nation sport of cricket. “Oh, cricket? It’s a f– game. What are you, nuts?” Lewis replied. The network broadcast the comment in full on its Friday evening news bulletin along with footage of Lewis handling an imaginary cricket bat with an effeminate gesture. wrote:

In a sane world this would be funny to some, not funny to others, but damn sure wouldn’t be news and damn sure wouldn’t inspire “extra-special” groups calling for official apologies or attacking 82 year old comedians! This, however, is not a sane world. This is a world in which Obamorons are on the verge of taking the greatest nation on the planet and remodeling it based upon failed socialist policies. This is a world with organizations like GLAAD exist to draw attention to and apparently protect from attention, the homosexual lifestyle.

New York-based media discrimination watchdog Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation, or GLAAD, as well as gay rights group Australian Coalition for Equality called for Lewis to apologize again. “Last year, Mr. Lewis apologized for using an anti-gay slur on live television, and expressed his desire to raise public awareness about the impact of this kind of defamation,” GLAAD president Neil G. Giuliano said in a statement. “Clearly he did not take the lessons of that unfortunate episode to heart because, in an effort to be humorous, he has once again managed to offend and defame the gay community,” he said. “For someone so well known for helping others, Mr. Lewis shows an incredible lack of dignity and respect when he makes comments that contribute to a climate of intolerance,” Giuliano added. wrote:

As the great Andrew Wilkow says, “the loudest voices for tolerance are often the most intolerant.” This phenomenon is evident in the statement made by GLAAD. This incredibly narcissistic group whines about “a climate of intolerance” in a statement that is in itself, intolerant! Perhaps those GLAAD agents for one-way tolerance can use their previously occupied closet space to store their intolerance of free speech.

* Exposure to excessive radiation for medical treatments (may include excessively high doses, excessive time of exposure, or excessive body areas exposed)

Symptoms:

* Weakness, fatigue, exhaustion, fainting

Sounds terrible, doesn’t it? No one should have to suffer so. The afflictions of individuals are bad enough, but how about an affliction on an entire nation? True, there have been afflicted nations around the world, but how many of them actively chose their affliction?

On the first Tuesday of November, the American voters (alive and ACORN registered dead) are poised to choose a long term illness to befall their country. If one trusts the reporting of Barack Obama’s campaign arm that is the press, Obamantaion sickness will be spread throughout the nation.

Malignant Liberal Idiocy defines Obamanation sickness as illness and symptoms resulting from excessive exposure to radical socialist ideals. Exposure may be accidental or intentional.

The coming national epidemic can be classified as both accidental and intentional exposure. Many voters, indoctrinated college students (that don’t have to try to earn a living yet), and people that believe what they hear from the Obama media is actual news reporting as opposed to campaign advertising will accidentally expose the nation (including themselves) to the radical socialist disease. The wealthy supporters and advisers of the candidate/catalyst are guilty of intentionally exposing the nation to this devastating ideology. I suppose they realize that there will be a small portion of the populace (themselves) that will benefit by holding power over a dependent electorate.

Symptoms of Obamanation sickness include, but are not limited to:

* Joblessness due to increased cost of conducting business.

* Joblessness due to factories closed by oppressive environmental restrictions.

* Joblessness due to the inability for a domestic manufacturer to compete with foreign companies that don’t face the same oppressive regulations and taxes.

* Hunger due to food shortages caused by increased costs to process and distribute food.

* Hunger due to joblessness and the subsequent inability to afford to purchase… anything.

* Increased risk of infection and other illnesses due to the removal of drug research capital in the name of hurting “big pharmaceutical.”

* Increased crime rates due to jobless people stealing to eat.

* Increased crime due to the further extraction of morality from public education. * Homelessness due to joblessness.

* Decreased energy supplies due to the seizure of profits (removal of incentive and capital for exploration and development.)

* Financial depression due to governmental assault on business (in the name of fairness.)

* Lack of innovation due to innovators being punished for success with Marxist progressive taxes.

* Overdose of bad “entertainment” as the entertainment industry is the only industry (unlike the other industries that are actually needed) that isn’t targeted for “windfall profits” seizure.

* Information deficiency due the implementation of the grotesquely mis-named Fairness Doctrine.

* Many of the symptoms of radiation sickness may apply as more people cannot afford nutrition, shelter, and a generally healthy lifestyle.

Prevention would be possible if there was an opposition candidate that was willing to stray from the ever infuriating promises of bipartisanship and articulate the dangers of Obammunism. Prevention might still be possible if elitist Republican commentators (e.g. George Will, Peggy Noonan, David Brooks) cared more about the issues and potential epidemic of Obamanation sickness than their own disdain for common people with common sense leading the party into the future.

Barring an awakening between now and November 4, the best we can do is to constantly badger our representatives and senators and try to persuade them to oppose the exposure… until that is outlawed. Once this occurs we can hope to simply survive to teach our children of this nation’s beginnings and its previous greatness. Someday a future generation might take this country back and freedom will reign once again.

Phyllis Schlafly’s recent column, “The Audacity of Obama“, illuminates (referring to Obama’s autobiography”Dreams from My Father: A Story of Race and Inheritance”) the fact the racial strife is central theme in Barack Obama’s adult life. The most striking aspect of this is that Obama seems to have worked toward convincing himself that he was a victim of racial injustice and perhaps sought relevance by injecting racism into his life.

Obama describes how he deliberately separated himself from his multiracial heritage in order to give himself a 100 percent black persona, different and alienated from the white world around him. Obama writes that the book is “a record of a personal, interior journey” to establish himself as “a black American.” With his new all-black identity, Obama stews about injustices that he never personally experienced, and feeds his warped worldview by withdrawing into a “smaller and smaller coil of rage.” He lives with a “nightmare vision” of black powerlessness. wrote:

Was it a romanticized notion of belonging to a grand struggle that moved Barack Obama to plunge himself into a new narrative, one separate from his actual experience? Was it simply that he believed that his path to political power might be most expeditiously paved by this transformation?

Obama’s worldview sees U.S. history as a consistent tale of oppressors and oppressed. He objects to the public schools because black kids are learning “someone else’s history. Someone else’s culture.” He even criticizes his white grandparents who worked hard to give him a privileged life. Their motives are a mystery to Obama because they came from the “landlocked center” of the United States which, he asserts, is full of “suspicion and the potential for unblinking cruelty.” Obama grew up in Hawaii, the exemplar of a melting pot of races, yet he sees it as a place of “aborted treaties and crippling diseases brought by the missionaries.” Although his mixed race was not a handicap in Hawaii, he whined that “we were always playing on the white man’s court . . . by the white man’s rules.” wrote:

Division has been an ever present vehicle on Obama’s journey to power. His notable, but apparently unimportant association with proud domestic terrorist, William Ayers even seems to have been focused on division. Not only did Barack have to kiss the ring of the terrorist to enter Chicago’s political machine, but his ideas regarding indoctrination of America’s youth must have been aligned with those of Professor Billy The Bomber in order to have been chosen to chair the board of Ayers’ Chicago Annenberg Challenge.

Obama’s website has links to his healthcare plan and his thoughts on civil rights. Both plans are injected with racial, ethnic, and class divisions that oppose the image of a unifier. His healthcare plan (in addition to being “to each according to his need, from each according to his ability”) contains the following :

Tackle disparities in health care. Although all Americans are affected by problems with our healthcare delivery system, an overwhelming body of evidence demonstrates that certain populations are significantly more likely to receive lower quality health care than others. Barack Obama and Joe Biden will tackle the root causes of health disparities by addressing differences in access to health coverage and promoting prevention and public health, both of which play a major role in addressing disparities. They will also challenge the medical system to eliminate inequities in health care by requiring hospitals and health plans to collect, analyze and report health care quality for disparity populations and holding them accountable for any differences found; diversifying the workforce to ensure culturally effective care; implementing and funding evidence-based interventions, such as patient navigator programs; and supporting and expanding the capacity of safety-net institutions, which provide a disproportionate amount of care for underserved populations with inadequate funding and technical resources. wrote:

Vote for me because if you don’t “certain populations” and “under served populations” will be denied access to healthcare. Hey, I thought it was the other side that supposedly used racist code words (basically anything that pointed out Obama’s judgment, ideas, and history.)

The civil rights page focuses almost entirely on the racist, bigoted evil that apparently is The United States Of America. After perusing this page, I find myself wondering why so many foreigners try to escape their home countries and flee to this awful nation. I suppose they were hoping one day Barack Obama would ascend to power and use class and race politics to bring “change” (and make this country more like the one they fled.)

Can you believe his own web-site proposes to “End Deceptive Voting Practices“? Does this mean that a President Obama will put an end to the community organizing, voter fraud entity that is ACORN? More from the civil rights page:

Barack Obama’s Record Record of Advocacy: Obama has worked to promote civil rights and fairness in the criminal justice system throughout his career. As a community organizer, Obama helped 150,000 African Americans register to vote. As a civil rights lawyer, Obama litigated employment discrimination, housing discrimination, and voting rights cases. As a State Senator, Obama passed one of the country’s first racial profiling laws and helped reform a broken death penalty system. And in the U.S. Senate, Obama has been a leading advocate for protecting the right to vote, helping to reauthorize the Voting Rights Act and leading the opposition against discriminatory barriers to voting. wrote:

Whoa! I thought he was going to put an end to “deceptive voting practices” and now at the bottom of the page he is touting his participation in such practices? Oh, I get it. He is saying that he can best deal with the deceptive community organizers like ACORN because he is familiar with their inner workings. Makes sense to me.

Remember to vote for the candidate who made himself into crusader for “social justice” to fight against the oppression that kept him from going to good schools and getting a good job… no, that’s not right. Well vote for him anyway, because he says that this country is racist and oppresses minorities despite the fact that his true narrative is evidence to the contrary!

Apparently William Ayers past is immaterial, even though as recently as last year he expressed no remorse for his participation in the infamous Weather Underground bombings. If our nation is ready to hand the presidency to a radical leftist, why not take the logical step of at least expecting Barack Obama to consider his former Chicago Annenberg Challenge mate William Ayers for the post of Secretary of Education? While we are suggesting cabinet members, let’s also consider:

Back to education, which in addition to plotting and executing bombings, is Bill Ayers area of expertise. Of course we are not talking about the type of boring traditional education one might expect for his or her child. Ayers is an education reformer… or radical as Sol Stern wrote in The City Journal:

Chicago’s liberals have chosen to define deviancy down in Ayers’s case, and Obama can’t be blamed for that. What he can be blamed for is not acknowledging that his neighbor has a political agenda that, if successful, would make it impossible to lift academic achievement for disadvantaged children. As I have shown elsewhere in City Journal, Ayers’s politics have hardly changed since his Weatherman days. He still boasts about working full-time to bring down American capitalism and imperialism. This time, however, he does it from his tenured perch as Distinguished Professor of Education at the University of Illinois, Chicago. Instead of planting bombs in public buildings, Ayers now works to indoctrinate America’s future teachers in the revolutionary cause, urging them to pass on the lessons to their public school students. wrote:

“Teaching For Social Justice” sounds like a noble title for a book edited by a terrorist and his “education reforming” colleagues. It leads me to wonder if a Secretary of Education Ayers would work to remake the bulk of the nations public schools in the mold of Social Justice High School, an institution in Chicago on whose “About Us” web page includes:

Critical Knowledge: To Our Students * We will use math, science, english and history classes to equip our students with the analytical tools to investigate the injustices around us. * Culture, ethnic identity and language will be valued and used for relevant learning. * Social justice issues of race, equity, peace, gender, and the environment will help us address the real life needs that impact our kids and of our communities. * We must also understand our youth, their struggles, their identity, the way they learn and their pain if we want them to be come powerful change agents of our society. wrote:

Barack Obama must share some of these teaching for social justice ideals, otherwise his being the former head of the board of Chicago Annenberg Challenge would not make sense. That is, unless a cynical aspiring politician simply thought this was the path of least resistance or expedience.

It is almost funny the way Barack Obama complains about “divisiveness.” This indoctrination in the name of “social justice” is divisive. In fact, like Obama’s healthcare plan (which will be reviewed in the coming days) this type of “education” appears focused on creating a victim mindset and highlighting perceived race, gender, and ethnic disparities.

I suppose if Barack Obama is the candidate of choice for noted “Team America: World Police” character, “Matt Damon,” he should be accepted by all… our future be damned.

This post is a collection of annoyances I have thought about recently. It may take more than two minutes to air out, but we might as well start practicing before “Big Brother” Barry has the tele-screens installed. The idea that George Orwell’s vision of society in “1984″ can come to be realized in the U.S. is still far-fetched, but as Barack “Born Alive, Let Them Die” Obama gets closer to the presidency, the notion seems less far-fetched. If there are indeed enough American voters that would vote for Obama, let alone vocally support this leftist, then it would appear that our nation is ripe for oppressive governmental control. Therefore, in honor of the future “leader” of this nation, “Big Brother” Barack Obama, here is my “Two Minutes Hate”:

Minute One:

I hope Mike Huckabee enjoys the profits he earns as a commentator and host on Foxnews. It is unfortunate that his position with the cable news channel would not be possible without his devastating run for the Republican nomination. How, one might ask, was Huckabee’s run devastating? His hatred of Mitt Romney and his nanny state ideals provided a path to the worst case scenario for a Republican Party that desperately needed someone behind who they could rally. The scenario was realized when, through the process of elimination, faux independent voters in open primaries, and Huckabee’s desire to stick it to Mitt Romney, The Republican Party got stuck with John McCain as a nominee. As I said before, Huckabee believed in the nanny state and therefore was disqualified from the support of many conservatives. Romney was an acceptable alternative to many conservatives when it became apparent that their first or second choice would not make the cut. McCain was a nightmare from which I still hope to wake.

There are times when McCain seems worthy of support. His naming of Governor Palin as his running mate, for example, gave conservatives hope. The problem is that McCain refuses to win. I don’t know if he is just so stubborn that he can’t take advice… or perhaps he has surrounded himself with moron RINOs that aren’t capable of giving good advice. Sometimes I even think McCain’s disdain for conservatives runs so high, he doesn’t care whether he wins or loses. If he wins, he has the office he felt he deserved. If he loses, he sticks the conservatives with the most ridiculously leftist president this side of Venezuala. This is probably not the case, but when I see how McCain campaigns, I can’t help but wonder.

Minute Two:

I was just watching a little of FOXNews Sunday and heard Chris Wallace interviewing Brooks Jackson, Director of Factcheck.org. Jackson mentioned that factcheck was part of The Annenberg Public Policy Foundation at The University of Pennsylvania. I don’t know how I had missed hearing about this connection in the past… I had heard that factcheck.org seemed to lean left, but didn’t know of the connection to Annenberg. I think any fact checking done regarding this election should be viewed through an “Annenberg” filter since the Annenberg Foundation is at the heart of the Obama-Ayers controversy.

There should be no surprise that Factcheck.org poo-pooed the controversy in its treatment of Dr. Jerome Corsi’s book “An Obamantion.” How about a little truth in advertising, doesn’t Factleft.org sound better?

What can be said of Joe Biden’s prominent donors? The following excerpt from a 2003 column in The Atlantic Online says quite a bit:

Parasitic trial lawyers, some of whom infest the litigation Hell that has become my former home county (Madison County, IL), know where their bread is buttered… and Joe Biden holds the butter knife. I’m sure Biden’s votes “against legislation that would have severely cut into the asbestos-law firms’ profits” are completely unrelated to the $4.9 million his various campaigns have received from parasitic (or if you prefer, predatory) law firms since 2003. The Los Angeles Times reported recently that in 2006, Biden’s brother James and youngest son, Hunter, secured a pledge for a $2 million investment from SimmonsCooper for a hedge fund company the Bidens wanted to purchase. wrote:

It is a good thing that Joe Biden isn’t a Republican, because then this might be cause for concern. As it is, Joe is a Democrat and furthermore he is the number two on the ticket of the favorite candidate of homeless early voters in Ohio. For “The One” to have chosen Biden as an apostle of Obammunism, his past must be pure and his motives cannot be doubted. Also consider that these are just lawyers profiting from the misery, real or fabricated of “victims” of evil corporations. It isn’t like Joe Biden has associated with unrepentant terrorists or blocked legislation that would demand that a born baby be given medical care as opposed to leaving him or her unattended to die.

If you are reading this, you are probably wondering, “who the Hell is Sam Pierce to give pointers to Sarah Palin?” You may just be wondering, “who the Hell is Sam Pierce?” I am a regular guy that would like Governor Palin to be herself and display conservatism, individuality, a separation from McCain, common sense, and several hits against her opponent tonight. The following is what I, as someone who was thrilled with her nomination as running mate to the RINO, would like to hear during tonight’s vice presidential debate.

* Governor Palin should begin with the normal thank yous and acknowledgments, then wish moderator Gwen Ifill “moderate” success on her upcoming book release. Perhaps she could ask for an autographed advance copy to show good faith and possibly level a wobbly table.

* She can wait for Biden to make a remark about her appearance (which I’d say is likely) and reply that we are witnessing Joe Biden “unplugged”… and speaking of plugs, she might ask where the hair came from.

* She could also ask that if by “clean and articulate” Senator Biden meant that Obama kept his hands clean by avoiding senate votes and articulated teleprompter read-outs like nobody’s business.

* When asked about the current financial crisis, Governor Palin will probably stick with McCain’s flawed (in my opinion) position on the bailout but I hope she at least points out that her inexperience is once again going to be illustrated, but she wasn’t even aware that Franklin Roosevelt had appeared on television in 1929 following the stock market crash, as Joe Biden asserted.

* I hope she thinks to mention that it is her understanding that Senator Biden is using a different speech writer than he used twenty years ago, and this one knows his words are being repeated. She should ask if Senators Biden and Obama are sharing Governor Deval Patrick’s old speeches now.

* When the experience issue is raised, I hope Governor Palin points out that like other Governors that have run for the nation’s top two offices, she has experience as a governor. I hope she also asks Senator Biden if he will view himself as a tutor to a President Obama and if he will be Obama’s primary source for the “on the job training” Senator Biden, himself indicated Barack Obama would need.

* She should explain that her foreign policy credentials hold up against those of the other governors that preceded her and wonder aloud if the critics all believe Presidents Clinton and Reagan would not have been qualified for the position of VICE PRESIDENT. I hope she also points out that Obama’s experience is as a grade-school student in Indonesia and as rock concert following speech reader this Summer in Europe.

* Governor Palin should take Ann Coulter’s advice and makes a point to “tie that idiotic pipeline vote around Biden’s neck” when the subject turns to energy. She could also inquire as to how the green team of Obama and Biden intend to allow the electric cars about which they pontificate to be powered. Are they all to be plugged in to sockets that lead back to solar energy plants? How will those solar energy plants be constructed without disturbing some natural habitat? She should ask how their enviro-marxist supporters will react if any sources of energy are implemented in an Obama administration.

I also hope that Governor Palin speaks her mind and points out that she does not agree with Senator McCain on every issue. I hope she can overcome Gwen Ifill’s book sales considerations to illustrate to the viewers that it is time that government be returned to the people! Of course loyal Obamorons would not be swayed, but regular people have an opportunity to be inspired and filled with hope… and that hope is not emanating from The Obama Camp.

I am a huge fan of The Three Stooges and regret using them as I am about to. When I see the congressional libiots from the party of the jackass guffawing about the current financial situation (largely of their own creation), I get an image of The Stooges in my head. Now I’m not an Obammunist elite, so please excuse my Stooges reference. The episode, “A Ducking They Did Go” has a scene, if I remember correctly, in which Larry, Moe, and Curly (in my mind Chris, Nancy, and Barney) are in a boat trying to shoot some ducks. One of the congressional stooges accidentally shoots a hole in the bottom of the boat in the name of “affordable home ownership” for people that can’t afford to buy homes. The boat begins to take on water and when the congressional stooges notice the impending disaster, one of them decides to bailout the boat with another shotgun blast to the bottom of the boat. The idea is that he or she created a hole for the water to flow out.

President Bush and Secretary Paulson should be out there with Barney, Nancy, and Chris… as should be many other Washington D.C. mainstays, but there are only three in any given episode.

I suggest that the stooges in D.C. not be allowed to unleash a problem perpetuating or even expediting bailout upon the citizens they are supposed to represent. We need something other than a bailout, something that will correct the problems created in our capitol. This situation requires a solution, perhaps something like soap and hot water, that can flush out the government placed economic impactions. As I’ve previously said, “D.C. needs and enema!”

Career politicians that peddle influence and retain their seats by bringing home the bacon (pork) or furthering the metastasis of socialism through policies that grow a dependent electorate are a huge portion of the problem. Again, I’m a common man, not an elitist purveyor of Obammunism like Roger The Commenter or any of Barack’s unofficial campaign staff in the media, so I have to rely on common sense here. The Barney Fwank’s, Nancy Pelosi’s, etc. are only part, albeit a large one, of the waste that that should be pumped from D.C. (now I’m thinking septic tank.)

The policies and laws that have been put in place to help the little guy (or to harm the big guy) and have negatively impacted the economy should be flushed out. The harmful consequences may have been unintended as the fools that put them forward may have believed that they were doing the right thing, but there is a saying regarding the paving of “the road to Hell.” Some of the harm may be as intended, put forth by Marxist politicians that seek to equalize outcomes by eliminating opportunity. Some of these may have been offered by legislators and executives with an Obammunistic idea of “fairness.”

Deregulation, Roger, is not the problem. Oppressive and ridiculous regulation, is indeed among the impacted fecal material that needs to be removed from our government! Sarbanes-Oxley forces companies to waste precious time and resources ensuring compliance, thus reducing productivity. Outlandish corporate taxes provide an incentive for companies to do business elsewhere. Capital gains taxes discourage investment.

Maxine Waters, Chuck Schumer, and Barney Frank are all on the record praising Fannie Mae, Franklin Raines, and the value of providing what amounts to high risk loans… in the face of warnings from the very people on who the Dumbocrats are now pinning this “crisis.” These GSEs and harmful policies such as the socialist CRA should be cleansed from the system, along with their defenders!

If our bloated government insists on addressing the financial “crisis,” they might be well served to consult “The Common Sense Fix” as being promoted by Dave Ramsey. Our excuses for leaders should do something that makes sense or do nothing at all. How about “first, do no harm?”

Here’s hoping that the electorate burns up the phone lines and e-mail servers on Capitol Hill until the elected representation begins to listen. Here’s also hoping that the electorate brings enema bags to the polls on November 4.

I wish I could support Barack Obama in this election season. The reason for this wish is relatively simple, convenience.

Imagine how much easier life would be if you possessed the loose grasp on reality that would allow you to support Barack Obama. Imagine how simple your daily life would be if you cared only for yourself and viewed the rest of the world in terms of what it could give you. Imagine the liberating sense of being moral-free, as one might need to be in order to support Barack Obama. Imagine what a relief it would be to not care about the march toward an Orwellian vision of society as would be expedited by Barack Obama.

I’ve long thought that to be a liberal, one must be evil, stupid, or a combination of the two. The Obama candidacy and terrifying level of mindless support he enjoys serves to reinforce my original beliefs. Some poor souls actually believe that Obammunism would be a good thing for the common citizens of this nation. Some hope to enjoy power and control over the common citizens under Obammunism. Others don’t care enough to be informed.

Think about the mental state of the Obamoron that cheers when he “y’ohs” (his contraction of “you know”) about the tax breaks to the wealthy and the redistribution of “windfall profits” to “American families.” It must be nice to have such a narrow view of the horizon that one could support such a notion. A thinking person would realize that penalizing producers and employers will reduce production and employment. An Obamoron sees only that “evil” businesses are getting punished for success and gives no thought to anything more. A related source of relief would be to be so unencumbered by thought that one doesn’t see the ridiculous hypocrisy of bemoaning the profits of productive business and celebrating the profits of useless “entertainment” ventures (music, movies, and television.)

Think about the freedom enjoyed by the people that could be so clueless that they believe that only by increasing the size and scope of government can we be saved from today’s biggest problems, while ignoring the fact that the biggest of our problems are caused by overreaching government involvement. It must be comforting to look to the government to meet an increasing number of an individuals needs without regard for the snowballing effect of growing government control. Medicine would be best distributed by a benevolent government. Education would be better delivered by a “progressive” government. Wages would best be dictated by an all-knowing government. The weather would best be controlled by an all-powerful government.

I personally believe it would be fabulous to have a mind so dull that I could ignore Bill Ayers, Jeremiah Wright, Saul Alinsky, and ACORN. I would be relieved to have such a shallow conscience that I could disregard Barack Obama’s active role in blocking the “Born Alive Infant Protection Act” in The Illinois Senate.

I wish I could support Barack Obama… but I can’t. I am not capable of turning off my mind, ejecting my morals, and dulling my desire for liberty!
